Who should track issues in the SOS Change Management System:
- Users that have reported a bug and that wants to follow the resolution for this bug
- Customers, that proposed a Change Request and wants to follow the status of it
How to track issues?
There are basically three ways of tracking issues for a user in the SOS Change Management System:
