For CentOS or Suse
> chkconfig --add jobscheduler
For Ubuntu or Debian
> update-rc.d jobscheduler defaults
If you have a JobScheduler installation before 1.3.12.2298 then you have to edit the startscript ./bin/jobscheduler.sh before you copy it to /etc/init.d.
